A: No, all hair must be purchased from Glam Suite. The bundles are reuseable.
Q: Can I provide my own lace frontal ?
A: No, for all lace frontal weave installs the hair and lace frontal must be purchased from Glam Suite. No exceptions.
Q: What if I want to get my Glam Suite bundles dyed can this be done at my appointment?
A: If you want to get your bundles, lace closure or lace frontal dyed, you have to pay upfront for all hair and the cost for me to color the hair. . 3 weeks before your appointment. I work on a time management schedule. Everything is planned out, so bundles are dyed in advance, not the day of the install appointment.
Q: Why is the take down service fee so high?
A: The takedown service can last any where up to 2 hours to properly take down the weave install, and detangle hair. Depending on how long the install has been installed, sometimes if there is a large amount of new growth, the client's real hair can have some matting in the new growth which takes time to gently finger detangle through the hair to break up the matted hairs which is additional time.
Q: Do I have to come with my hair already washed and blow dried for my weave install appointment?
A: No, you do not have to come blow dried. I will shampoo, deep condition and blow dry your hair the day of your sewin weave appointment.
Even if a client tells me they shampooed their own hair the morning of their appointment, I will still shampoo it to properly prepare the hair prior to the braid up.
Q: If I book a sewin weave install, how long will I have to wait when I show up, the day of my appointment, before you are ready to do my hair?
A: No waiting, the time I give you for your weave install appointment, is the time you will get serviced. .
For example, if your appointment is at 10am, your service will get started at 10am.
