Cancelling an appointment requires 24 hours notice (Preferably 48 hours notice.) which is enough time to try a fill the cancelled appointment spot.  However, there is a $50 fee for not adhering to this cancellation policy. This fee also applies to same day cancellations for shampoo, and weave installs appointments.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable once the weave appointment is booked. In the even a client has to cancel, or reschedule another appointment, another deposit has to be paid.  ******No Exceptions******.

Be mindful, if you would like to book appointments at Glam Suite. A No call/ No show for a weave install, or shampoo appointment means you will never get another appointment at Glam Suite.  This policy applies to anyone who is a No call/ No show the first time that it happens. No exceptions to this rule. Be courteous and text, or email to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before.
